Procedure and conditions for return

  • To process a return, please email us at support@perfend.com with your order details and the reason for the return. If the return is possible according to organizers rules, we will process it as soon as possible

  • If the ticket was purchased by mistake, we can issue a refund within 24 hours without the need to agree with the organizer. For all other cases, a refund is possible within 30 days for Uzcard and Humo cards, or within 7 days for Mastercard and Visa cards, after agreement with the event organizer.   • The organizer undertakes to return funds through our platform

    • When the event is rescheduled to another date, the refund for each event is considered individually, depending on changes in the conditions of the event

    • When an event is rescheduled to another date, while maintaining the location and conditions of the event by the Organizer, the Buyer has the right to keep the ticket or issue a refund. In this case, the actual place, the row assigned to the Buyer, remains valid without making an additional payment

    • When rescheduled to another date, with a change in the location and conditions of the event by the Organizer, a corresponding change in ticket prices, the Buyer has the right to return the ticket and issue a refund

  • Money for unused Tickets is non-refundable

  • Refunds are made within 7 (seven) working days from the moment the Return Form is sent and all required information is received

  • Once a return request has been submitted, the return process will be initiated and the return cannot be cancelled
